We occasionally offer sales and promotions, sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be informed of any exclusive offers.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order once production has started. Please ensure all details are entered correctly at time of order, if you have an issue with an order email us at info@monikerhaus.com as soon as possible and we will see how we can help you.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major debit and credit cards; you can also pay via PayPal and Apple Pay.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Please be aware our products are made to order; we aim to turn orders round as quickly as possible. All orders are sent within our 3 day dispatch period, please note this does not include delivery time.

CAN I GET MY ORDER QUICKER?
If you have an order that is required urgently for a specific date or special occasion, please send us an email along with your order number to info@monikerhaus.com and we will try to accommodate a faster dispatch time where possible.
